Constantly being told how bright your future is with the company and never seeing these promises come to light
Hourly employees have a great camaraderie as well as most of the on location management. But the culture is not sustainable because it is overshadowed by poor upper management like the executive chef.
My interview went smooth. He asked me about my previous work experience and then called my reference right in front of me. They chatted and than he offered me the serving position.
