DON NOT enter in this company! The managers are sooo mean!
You are a slave rather than an employee!

You will receive lowest salary! Also, don’t trust managers told the salary will increase!

You have to overwork ALWAYS! The manager think you should be proud of overwork!

Facts: The company does not care about their employees' life. They only want you to work overtime without paying you. They will promise you a lot but none of them eventually comes true. Usually people leave this company within a year. Only few people are willing to seek career development in this company.

Pros: You will grow fast since you need to cover more responsibilities than you expect. You will be a marketing expert, excel master and project management king, then you jump to a big firm with better culture and respect. This is crazy but have to accept that they do train you up in a stressful culture.

Cons: Overtime. Call you when you are on vacation. They assume you to work as long as they need without giving any notice. They prefer working hard than working smart. If you work smart, your team lead will thing you are underloaded and give you more work.

Pros:
Co-workers are really really nice, friendly environment with the majority of your customers are really nice. Free lunch is a plus (As long as you order them before the deadline) Can choose different shifts. Build up confidence while face-to-face sales and customer services. Good training from managers.

Cons:

Management is extremely questionable, don't even know which guys should be punished or calls out, when things go wrong, everyone is guilty,

Salary is low, with no other benefit or overtime pay, although they try to give you extra off time when you do ENOUGH overtime. Work-life balance is poor. Expect to receive calls/messages when you taking a break. Sometimes mandatory meetings on off-time.

Conclusion:

An overall good place to work with all the nice co-workers, things getting overwhelmed fast when managers come in. Stay alert and do your own job. DO NOT fall into sweet promises. Know your right and work hard when you at work. When things go wrong from what you think at the start, take-off when you still can.
