Loved it and would highly recommend

I loved working there everyone is so nice. It is a fast paced environment but not too fast. They really do train you well for the position that your in they do not just throw you at your department and let you fed for yourself. They really do take the time to show you everything and their very understanding for first time production workers like I was who had little knowledge of a production line.Amazing, amazing, amazing people, bosses, and team.

Management exploits employees and is concerned only of profit.

The worst employer I have ever come across. Management expects employees to work at a pace that even they can't keep up with. Washroom breaks outside of coffee or lunch breaks are frowned upon as they consider these breaks as time lost for the company. When an employee needs to take a day off from work it can be difficult to stay home. Manager does not like absences no matter the reason. Merchandise is over-priced and hardly any benefits for employees.

Don't do it

I've had some awful jobs but this one takes the cake. The management is just horrendous. They don't care about your health or safety. Half the people that go in come out with injuries and management just keeps pushing you regardless of physical limitations. You are required to get unrealistic goals done with a skeleton crew. Its hard labour for minimum wage.

Morral is low.

It is not a advancement working environment. The main focus of the company is to push for higher financial gains. It is a for profit organization and not a charity which is a common misconception. There is a very high turnover of employees.

Pros

You recieve a discount on your purchasees.

Cons

poor management
