Treated as a robot to hit targets rather than a person. Don’t even bother trying to have a family life or other responsibilities. You’re told a work/life balance is encouraged but then you’re penalized if you have a personal issue arise.

The employees are expected to fulfill obligations in unrealistic time frames.
Have stupid on call shifts that the employee scheduled for and has to call in for and if not needed won't get paid for it.
They decide whether you get the time off you request even if it is medically necessary.
The only good thing about this company is that the employee discount is awesome. The hours sucked and it is a minimum wage job.
