  • I would add skylights and windows so it would smell, look, feel better to work and shop there.

  • Slow down. Learn to Breathe. Pushing people at ridiculous rates and Timing them constantly does not cultivate a positive work environment.

  • Allow CDC ambassadors to except tips and gifts from repeat donors.

  • I would renovate the public washrooms and I would hire security officer for a higher security because there's a lot of shoplifters.I would also send notice to the customers more often for the upcoming promo.

  • If the staff are continuously under-performing, get rid of them. There are tons of people looking for work that could do better. And support your staff that are doing well.
