How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Value Village? What are the steps along the way?

I applied on their company website and waited a week, and then went in with my resume in store and got a interview for the following day. They called me back 3 days after the interview to tell me i was hired. I would recommend waiting for them to be hiring any position before applying and going in.
