In my role as a cashier, customer service has been the highest priority. I have excelled at diffusing potential conflicts with customers, ensuring they leave the store with satisfaction in the provided solution so they return as loyal customers. I have demonstrated my ability to stay calm and rational when confronted with a difficult situation or stressful environment. I pride myself on being highly organized. I get tasks completed on time and adjust quickly. As an example, I have had to make last minute schedule changes and prepared and organized paperwork for the Front End department of the store on a daily basis. In my current position, I have learned the skills to look after an entire department and its organization, dealing with customer's product issues, ordering product and keeping paperwork up to date.
