  • Managers need to be screened better and given better training so they understand that it is completely unacceptable to bully their staff. Store managers need to separate themselves from their friendship cliques otherwise it will be impossible to deal with any manager/employee issues. This company has grown way too fast in Alberta and does not have experienced managers in place to know how to protect their employees from bullying. No wonder the turn over is so high. It’s difficult for a company to be truely successful when they have to waste so much time and money training new staff.

  • While this is beyond their control, pay people who work well more than those who don't. Let it be decided by upper management - at the location - who gets paid more and who doesn't, based on how well they work and the amount of motivation behind their work, and of course pride. You can't expect someone who is willing to work hard, to continue working hard after getting that ten cent raise after a thousand hours. The current payscale system is a joke. I work with people who deserve more than they're getting, and my level of motivation has plummeted ever since I got my first raise; it was insulting.

  • Be compassionate about an employee if they have a disability, that they cant lift more than 20lbs.

  • Treat employees the way they would want to be treated

  • Team members are able to transfer to other stores it’s called closer to home it’s just happened in my store.

  • Currently the company any union are looking at ways to keep people in the departments they like with the hours they would like not an easy feat!

  • I have never heard of anyone leaving due to their hair color..

  • Nothing to say everything about the job was not enjoyable

  • Press on the employees that don't do there job and offer a better incentive program to those that show the qualities of being great employees but are beginning to look elsewhere

  • Have good communication with employees to ensure each team member is satisfied with there job.
