  • Depends on what supervisor or ASM is doing the interview. Usually pretty easy.

  • During covid the interview is as much tell me about yourself have you ever done e com shopping. Are you fully available to work 40 hours. (It’s listed as part time so they don’t have to give benefits but you are working 40 hour weeks) and they want to know if you will be willing to have criminal check and when can you start. And then any questions for them. That’s it. Covid interviews are a breeze

  • Good, very nice management staff

  • Extremely long and boring at times, favourite part was the store walk through

  • It’s joke they don’t know how to conduct one at all

  • Non existent

  • Easy, and non judgemental. The training process takes for ever- the videos are so dull!
