1. Tell us what you know about SaskPower.


2. Tell us a time when you went beyond the ordinary for a customer


3. Tell us a time when you had to work with a difficult team member. What did you do? How did you handle the situation?


4. Tell us a time when you had to be uncurteous to a very irate customer. (This is a trick question).
