Nice restaurant, wide variety of food and staff/ customers
Hostess (Current Employee) –  Saskatoon, SK27 March 2019
close to the airport, reasonably priced restaurant food, lounge is quiet, popular hotel for business meetings, weddings, team windups/stays, and work meetings/ staff parties/ lunches. workers are professional and remain calm under busy periods. famous for history of the saskatoon inn as well as sunday brunch. inside boasts a beautiful modern tropical courtyard theme around the hotel. renovations to hotel rooms and meeting rooms done a few years ago, done very well, nice update
Pros
benefits, morning staff has great hours, management is organized.
Cons
night staff (restaurant) has limited hours due to limited restaurant hours, holiday seasons are busier than the normal weeks so hours are hit or miss

not good for students
Night Porter (Current Employee) –  Saskatoon, SK6 February 2019
this place operates under the guise that it is perfect for students and that they will work around your schedule. management has repeatedly ignored me when I told them I cannot stay past midnight during the week, having "optional" overtime staying as late as 3-4 in the morning. days events are supposed to be written and given to the porters but multiple days have not had this done.
I still do not have a properly sized uniform or name tag been here for 5 months
Pros
free food, gerat pay, overtime opportunities
Cons
long hours

Shi**yjob with no help
Lounge Server/Bartender (Former Employee) –  Saskatoon, SK4 January 2019
If you are unfortunate enough to get the day bartending job you are on your own to do EVERYTHING. Open the restaurant, seat tables, clean tables, make drinks for the bar AND restaurant, take orders, ring orders in, prep tables, deliver drinks, prep food, serve food, clear plates, stock at the end of the day. To top it off you get yelled at when you cannot do everything on your own.

Also a very easy place to get harassed and not taken seriously, then shoved out the door. The worst place I have ever worked in my entire life.

Great people
Human Resources Manager (Former Employee) –  Saskatoon, SK3 November 2015
Saskatoon Inn has great people to work with. It is a full-service hotel with a number of long-term associates. However, the job security at this place is doubtful
