I was asked many questions regarding Home Care services in a calm relaxing interview. Hired as the only PC RN once they increased it to a full time job. Just over one year in the job was prompted to apply for the regional coordinator position which I hold now.

If i have experiened in an office and if i am computer literate.
Problem-solving abilities. Goals and aspirations for advancement. Willingness to take on challenges and interest in learning new programs. How I would handle a difficult manager or confrontation with a co-worker.
I would ask if I can speak to her privately. Then I would ask her if I have done something to offend her. We would then discuss what may have been the cause of the conflict which most times is merely a misunderstanding between two people. In the end we qould both understand each other better and hopefully the conflict would be resolved. It is important to act and speak in a professional manner at all times, do not lose your temper or say things you may regret later.
