If you are a leadhand the most stressful part about running the line is all the demands placed upon you from upper managment who clearly have never worked on the line before. They make up rules and change procedures so many times that it is hard to know week to week what the new procedure is. I wish that upper management would do that show undercover boss and actually have to work on the line so that they would get a better understanding about how their actions (changing the rules and procedures on a whim) actually affect us. They want production numbers up but make it increasingly difficult to do so.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
