Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in Tavistock, ON
on 28 September 2022
Could be a great place to work
-They pay well, there are attendance bonuses and overtime bonuses. More days off than a regular job, no rotating shifts.-Communication between departments is awful, often assigned jobs you cannot complete or have no parts for. And find yourself running in circles accomplishing nothing. -Lots of calls to lines, constant fast paced and often stressful work environment
Labourer in Tavistock, ON

Fast paced, miserable
Felt like a human robot at the front of the line and got stuck there. At the back was more heavy lifting but pretty laid back. Encountered several nice people I really liked but the amount of completely miserable people and the awkward body positions made it unbearable. 12 hr shifts and stuck on nights, no life. Decent pay, but thats about it. Revolving door of employees, high turn around rate
Cheese packaging labourer in Tavistock, ON

Not a job for everyone but still I'm sure is a great place to work
I personally did not fit into the culture or environment that they had. I was really looking forward to being hired on. Personally felt they hired a bunch of people just to deal with there maybe being metal in shredded cheese then let go of those people after that. Again I could be wrong it was a very devastating hard experience for me.

Jusqu'à présent mon expérience à Saputo n'est pas mauvaise mais elle n'est pas aussi chaleureuse.
