Everything is above average. Best pizza restaurant work. Good pay and co-workers are friendly. But sometimes when very busy there is a lot of works to do. Anyway a great place!

don't ever work for Santa Lucia i worked there for 3 years and they treat their employees horribly, especially all the men in the family who come while you're working are very inappropriate and make you feel uncomfortable.

Basic minimum wage job that will overload responsibilities with no compensation for extra effort. Your job title means nothing, they will make you work whatever spot is needed even if you are unprepared/untrained.

I loved working here for a long while. It wasn't overly difficult, and I got satisfaction out of it. I got regular shifts and got along well with most of my co-workers. However I wasn't able to sustain this feeling forever. The constant changes of policies by the management and (at times) "trigger happy" firings, tended to lower staff morale a lot, and posed a question of job security. Some days were "Yin", and some days were "Yang". I never could tell what I was going to walk into from one day/week to the next. Regardless of this, as a whole, I have more positive feelings than negative ones about working here. I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try.
Pros
Tip pool, great staff, great benefits package after a year of full-time work.
Cons
Management is power hungry at times, not always the classiest of clientele, low staff morale at times.

Some days can be hit or miss with business but overall it's a great place to work.
Hardest times on the job is when your busy and if you don't know the system all to well then your stuck running around looking for management.
I've liked working there because you don't have to be there as senior staff to get the hours you want, if your a hard worker then you get the hours and once you've been there for a long enough period of time you can be considered family if you get along well with the owners and management.

Work was always in the evening which made it a bit difficult to balance with everyday life at points.
Co-workers were all very helpful, happy, good working people.
The management was good, though there was no alternating shifts as you were having specified days your worked rather than shifts.
The hardest part of the job, was probably doing the dishes, which isnt very hard at all. The most enjoyable part was being able to have the change in environment by working in the kitchen one day and in the restaurant or storefront the next
