Work-life Balance

Administrator in Canada

Low pay, no respect and it's all about the money.
Worked there for 10 years, never got more than a 12 cent raise every year or two. Terrible management on the higher levels, constantly switching roles, bosses and staff. Wont be around in the next 5 years so i wouldn't count on a career.

Not a bad place to work
Not a bad place to work it was fast paced but the schedule was really great for my family. The income potential there is quite high if you are good at the job.
