Customers lacking = Cheap wages for even Supervisors
Written by Line Cook (Former Employee) from Winnipeg, MB on 2 August 2018
Customers don't come in the door like they used to at restaurants. Managers are getting desperate as minimum wages rise. Cutting hours where you can saves money for now but loses you those customers in future situations.
ProsFun people
ConsNot enough hours to give away. No raises for Supervisors. No growth
