Site Reliability Engineer (Current Employee) – Saint John, NB – 29 March 2018
I really do enjoy my job. Best part is that every day is filled with learning opportunities and challenges. Hardest part of this job is the 24/7 on call schedule, this can be very challenging to achieve a work life balance. Most enjoyable part of the job is the people and all the new technology I get a chance to work with.

Most new employees were started in contract through agency; as I know, contract could be extended for maximum 2 years. But they terminated contractors to cut cost at anytime without any notice. For that reason, job security wasn't good. The office supplies various free soft drinks and juices, snacks, breakfast cereal, fruits and coffee. They have free yoga class but I wasn't able to attend due to busy workload. It was very open office environments, it could be difficult to focus when full staff were in the office.

Great learning experience, was able to learn from all the great business minds I was surrounded by. As an intern I made sure to be as involved as possible and pick as many senior sales executives brains in order to get the most out of the experience.

If you are prepared to work in an exponential-growth environment with fast career progression, Salesforce is for you! The work environment radiates a great vibe. People are generally friendly and helpful, particularly when starting out in your job. The motto at Salesforce is "work hard- play hard".
great perks, good pay, somewhat flat hierarchies
confusing structures at times (probably a growth-related problem)
Mission Critical Support Agent (Current Employee) – Fredericton, NB – 6 February 2017
Salesforce in my opinion is the greatest company in the world. They really put pride in their employees. My favorite part about working here is the chance you are given grow: Salesforce's training is literally it's own university. You have the ability to take your career in your own hands.
Business Development Representative Intern (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 2 August 2016
I thoroughly enjoyed my employment at salesforce. I learned a lot during my apprenticeship and look forward to continuing my career in sales. Though my work in cloud computing and Saas as well as CRM it enabled me to gain a vast knowledge to get a foot in the door for Saas Sales
Account Executive (Former Employee) – Saint John NB – 8 March 2016
Working initially for Radian6 a start up company and then be acquired by Salesforce was an exciting and fun time. This enabled me to start with a small company and learn to grow with such a large corporation.
Great new technology company that was purchased by a large public company that didn't "get" what made them successful. Took a long time for them to understand the market and management took the company in the wrong direction for quite sometime.
