Great place to work with Superior Leaders
I am an employee at Sales Talent Agency and must say it is an excellent place to learn and grow. Sales recruitment is no easy task. Everyone at Sales Talent Agency works incredibly hard and puts great care into both clients and candidates. Everyone puts in extra hours, but it is a group of outgoing and friendly people that make the work environment fun and rewarding. It is a great company to grow both personally and professionally, and improve your acumen in many ways.

Sales Talent Agency is solving a real problem when it comes to sales recruitment. The work environment is definitely lively and fun. You feel as though you have a purpose coming into work but sometimes can feel overwhelmed and targets can be unrealistic.

Love coming to work every day
I have been working at Sales Talent Agency for almost a year and love what I do and who I get to work with. I received great mentoring from my manager and know that the owners of the company put a lot of effort to make the environment fun and rewarding. Not your typical agency!
​I've worked for Sales Talent Agency for nearly 4 years and I couldn't be prouder to represent such a great company! I have a great amount of respect for those that I work with and I'm fortunate to call many of them friends. The leadership team is impressive and they've created innovative programs to ensure that Sales Talent Agency has a competitive edge. An example of this is the Great Canadian Sales Competition! My colleagues are truly passionate about sales and recruitment. We believe that we can change the recruitment landscape together and that's exactly what we're doing. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting with clients and candidates. I've had a number of my candidates crush their sales targets, receive promotions and work with me exclusively to source for their team. Helping put in place the right people to grow a team is highly rewarding! The hardest part of my job is.. everything. I'm in a demanding and challenging role and each day I'm learning something new. We represent the very best our market has to offer and our clients expect for us to be the best as well.​

Great Place to Build a Career
I started as a contract employee with Sales Talent Agency and have had the gratifying experience of seeing the company grow along with my career. 2.5 years and 3 promotions later I've found myself consistently challenged, the company constantly expanding it's impact in the business community, and the amazing group of people I work with growing by the month. STA is a full service agency. We need to learn how to be good ambassadors for the company while still being staunch advocates for our candidates. Every day is different, but the expectation is that we are meeting top sales talent, reaching out to organizations and setting up introductions on a daily basis. Management has been consistently ambitious, focused on innovation and quick to respond to changing client needs. On occasion we are a company that bites off a bit more than a team this size would normally be able to chew, and that can mean that certain tasks and initiatives fall off management's radar, but that is to be expected and provides good opportunity for others to step up. One of the highlights of working for the organization are the people it has chosen to hire. Across all of the offices people are collaborative, invested and team oriented. Agencies can be competitive and underhanded places but the system, training and overall character of the team are disincentives to those sorts of things. If you join the team you'll work a lot of hours, be expected to learn quickly and closely follow a system while you pick up the discipline of recruiting. However, by and large, working for STA is a rewarding experience.
