Good management. On call managers are there for you whenever you need them for guidance even in the idle of the night.

The managers make the work less stressful. All the job is done by paper no electronic documentation which makes the work difficult. Most of the staff are nice except some bad apple. Philipino language is most spoken by staff. I feel like I am in Philippines. The policy says not to speak in different language but it seems ignored. Wage to start is less than average. It's a fun and a productive place to work

I enjoyed every single day of working at Sage because I got lot of support from few of fellow lpns who are really there to get the work done and care about their residents; nursing managers are also readily available to provide support when you ask for it.

Other employees are great, the job is not

Good team but heavy workload, some managers are Awesome some are not, lacking proper communication between management and staff, disorganized and hard to get shift coverage
