Listen to your staff more. They are the people dealing with the customers and know what is going on in your business.

Quit, give staff more than 10 hour a week

Offer higher salaries.

Since Sobees took over Safeway the changes have been difficult and higher employees, bosses wouldn't teach myself some of the intergration for both companies melded together or others as afraid of losing jobs,because of declining business,so they kept to themselves for job security.
