Benefits Worse than in Corporate
Get all the responsibility and expect to do the same effort as a Corporate Store Barista, if not more, for no tips and free drinks, while other departments buy coffee from you and talk about you being lazy behind your back. What a deal.

If you want miscommunication and rude management work at safeway

Management makes promises they don't keep and they are also very rude. If you want a job t...

Great place to be a Cashier
Supportive co-workers, great understanding managers. As long as you are a good learner and are responsible (on time, professional, and kind) It is a wonderful place to work. I learned so much, and there was a lot of encouragment, constructive feedback, and support for staff.

They didn’t ask me any questions during the interview. The woman taking with me basically talked about the dress code, benefits, and introduced me to people that worked in the department I’d applied for. I’m also 17, so maybe she took it easy on me? But I got the job!
