They don’t care about staff!
Management really does not care about the staff! Be prepared to be overworked! I was par-time on my contract, even though I worked full-time Hours due to staff shortages and needs. They never compensated me at all. I never got paid my vacation pay too when I left the company.

The WORST Company to EVER work for.
Don't work here unless you want to feel your life drained from you one incident at a time. HR doesn't know what they're doing and hires incompetent staff. The turnover rate for staff is ridiculous, and we can barely keep one person on for over five months. Upper management doesn't care about you and puts unrealistic expectations on you with little to no training. They do not care about your educat...

Over worked, always short staffed, opinions don’t matter
Direct management is great, but senior management is horrible. Staff are not respected or barely even thanked when they’ve had to pull 24 hour shifts because of being short staffed. The workload can be overwhelming depending on your assignment. They ask for our opinions but then tell us that their way is better or that our opinion doesn’t work. We are the ones frontline! We would know! Senior mana...

Love working with our clients, best part of the job
Working with the clients is why I'm still here. Love the job itself, very hands on, not for everyone. Management sucks but thats the same anywhere you go.

The most stressful place to work
This is a horrible place to work, they will assign you with tasks when you already have a full workload. Senior management is extremely condescending and will blame you for anything to cover up their own inadequacies. The most enjoyable part of the job is the clients.
