Great company, well established success ladder and superior customer base that builds organizational capability for employees and clients. Anyone who has an opportunity to spend time at SAP should do so as a career priority.

Great company!

It's a great company, there aren't a lot of levels between individual contributors and the board which makes the communication flow very quickly and organically. One of the caveats from SAP it's their challenges to run simple and operate on an agile way. The benefits are great specially the SAP Shares program.

Pros

Great offices, good management, lot's of growth opportunities

Cons

Complexity, speed/agility to implement changes and politics at executive level

Fun place to work

Great employees and management. Many employee perks like benefits, vacation time and continuing education courses. Management is supportive and encouraging.
