New employee Feedback
Still fairly new in my position, at S&R, I always feel that I have support for any concerns or issues I might have. Everyone I have met have been very nice and the atmosphere is always pleasant.
Looking forward to meeting more Team members in other departments, but all in all, very happy with my transition to this company.Administrative Assistant in Orleans, ON

Revolving door
If you don't conform you are out! Mostly family works there. If you aren't related you won't last long. Vacation is around owners wife. If you like chaos this is where to go. Plumber in Orleans, ON

Bad place to work
Constantly having to back yourself, it's a constant fight between the workers and the management. They clearly don't care about the people that do the job. I wouldn't recommend to work thereCAD technician in Ottawa, Canada

A good work place to work
Colleagues are very nice and respectful, feel comfortable to work with them. The workload is acceptable for a mechanical company. I can learn a lot during my daily work, and I think this company is a promising company.Scheduling Department in Ottawa, Ontario

A Perfect Fit
The nature of my position requires me to spend a lot of time in front of my computer gathering information from various large construction projects by accessing detailed technical & administrative information, but also by meeting with passionate & hardworking key stakeholders... This. Is. Awesome.
Ever since I got hired, and despite the frantic nature of the construction domain, I always have found valuable humane & professional support from the Senior Management.
I am being allowed a great deal of latitude when it comes to how I want to get the job done. In fact, I'm not only allowed, but actually encouraged to research & implement solutions to known issues. This is a dynamic workplace and this exact aspect is of great importance to me. I don't feel like a worker with a #, I can express my individuality and feel recognized.
Don't get me wrong, the work load is no joke, but that is to be expected from any company who can legitimately state to be one of the region's biggest player in its field.
S&R offers me the opportunity to considerably grow professionally, but also to have what it takes to take care of my family.
I feel privileged. What would you say about your employer?
