Easily the worst call center I've ever worked for.They are not professional at all, there are too many professionals getting paid too much to do too little; it is literally one person's job to nitpick internal emails do nothing else. Their b2b campaigns are all hilariously ill-conceived; they sign contracts with companies without even considering the financial consequences of saddling oneself to a drowning horse. The lead lists are attrocious; they'll have you calling funeral homes and dental offices asking them if they want to BE lawn mowers.Work/life balance is nonexistent. They switch your shifts up every two weeks so it is nigh-impossible to get used to any sort of regular schedule. Nobody is accountable for their own mistakes and no steps are taken to rectify long-standing mistakes the undertrained staff make. This runs an extremely high risk of new staffers needing to clean up the messes of their coworkers. They work you like a dog, and then gaslight you when you burn out as a result.Avoid this company at all costs; your mental health will be better off for it.

Honestly i could only describe the place as TERRIBLEIt is way to stressful to work here.. the shifts never change and only work at bad shifts.. company always messes up the payment and get under paid for the hours you worked.. supervisors some are nice but then you have some terrible ones .. employees leave this job as soon as they come in that's why they hire 15 agents EVERY SIGNLE WEEK. i joined in with 15 agents and after 2 months of working only 3 agents work at the moment.... overall the company is terrible and has a TOXIC work environment no wonder why all my co workers left with in the first 2 months of working.nothing is good enough for them agents are over worked and expected to get impossible stats and they will always find ways to put you down

Very stressfulMany missing hours when you get your paycheck, when asked will be told it'll be taken care of but that never happens. They care only about the metrics but not about your pay.

Disorganized and prejudiced companyIncompetent team leaders and very disorganized and poor management set up. Prejudiced, rude, and bunch of liars and pretenders who takes people's emotions for granted.
