HR Management, and the floor support ignores the site manager and does their own thing. Absolutely no support for employees.

Our trainer was sick with Pneumonia and made us all sick! No floor support! Dirty computers, and broken chairs. No open door policy; so don't have a problem because they don't want to hear it. Abusive customers, and no emotional support for the employees; just sit and take the abuse. Cold temperature inside.

The work environment is toxic! The HR/recruiting woman is abusive. They don't enforce smoking laws, nothing like walking through a cloud of smoke to get into the building! The building parking lot is not lit up at night, so you're walking in the dark to get home; can be dangerous! Late pays. Broken chairs. Dirty desks. No scent policy. Late breaks. The list goes on.....

they hire anyone- therefore if you need a job and because of age find it difficult to find a job in Trenton where you can sit and save your body from hurting this is good
