You can work from home
Thanks to the pandemic, you can work from home, which allows you to structure your workday. There will be impromptu meetings, coaching sessions, and training. That's a regular workday.

Don’t Do It! Respect Your Peace Of Mind
Training was great. But once you are on calls, it is a catastrophic event that does not get better. It has nothing to do with how great or knowledgeable you are. I met much more experienced colleagues. S&P has no idea what they are doing. The criteria for commission is dubious at best and a full scam at worst. It’s not worth it. Work in a warehouse or something, at least you’ll get more fulfillment and won’t have to be dressed down by customers and clueless supervisors.

Worst Onboarding Experience I Have Ever Had
This job starts out ok and the goes downhill quickly. Warning sign should have been when the HR lady told us in orientation that there should be no reason to call out sick ever because you work from home. Missing hours from pay cheque, managers dont support you when you ask for help. My training class went from 18 to 7 and still dropping. I resigned last week and still have had no follow up from HR or my manager. What a terrible place to work! I know call centres are not glamourous, but if I was trained properly I could have stuck to it, but I didnt even know what I was doing at the end of it all and they just kept saying "youll get it eventually" . Yah great way to help your staff. I eft half way through my shift last week and will never work for these people again.

Horrible Work Culture!
This was a horrible place to work. The culture is rule by fear, do not work here. First week out on the floor getting write ups because our scores weren't high enough. Instead of coaching they tear you down. Your whole job is contingent on customer surveys regardless of whether or not you were able to assist them. Supervisors refused to take escalation calls. Bad all around.
