Meh
Job can be fun or miserable depending on who you work with. Employees at the facility are either too lazy or incompetent to do their jobs so they will give it to security. (example HR, Health and safety, Transportation).

Terrible workplaces
Just a overall terrible place to work at. The manage is not good, you don't have time for breaks, and thr atmosphere is just all around bad. I also felt like they have no regards for you as a person.

Do not recommend
I don't recommend working for this company. There is no career advancement and very low pay with little to no raise every few years (on the contract I was on). The upper management of RSSI is very unprofessional and there is no communication between anyone. My experience dealing with HR was terrible as I was yelled at and spoken to with hostility over a uniform requirement question. I recommend seeking employment elsewhere

Great for your resume, not a long-term career
**This all depending on your site**I enjoyed this job when I had tasks to do. When there are no tasks to do (which could occur for multiple shifts) the job will be very draining. Management is the best I've seen for a Security company and the pay is top tier.

A guy called me after I applied online and told me that he'd hire me if I leave the company a good review on social media and asked me to email him after I had done so. I did what he asked and emailed him. He called me about 3 days later and gave me the address to pick up the uniform.
