Never a dull day in that kitchen. Best place I could ever work and I walked away from it... My normal day at work was just go in, do my job and get out at the end, with. I learned how to make a few new things and I was able to expand what i already knew quite well. Management was great, for the owner was my co-worker and a really great guy. Hardest part of the job was the long Sunday morning rushes but you get over that quick. There was no part of working there that wasn't enjoyable. The people, the smells and everything was just fantastic.
