Proud Canadian brokerage
Feels like I am part of something bigger with Royal LePage. Lots of fun with the local offices. Tons of training and support, both virtually and in-person. Was also offered a mentorship and have senior guidance whenever needed.

Okay job, bad pay and no hr
We weren’t paid consistent with yearly increases, cost of living, or when jobs change. Our brokerage has no HR and it’s a problem. Often time people take on more than the role they’re paid for and they get zero credit.
