I've seen employees of all ethnicities, with tattoos, colorful hair, piercings, etc. Most of my coworkers were pleasant and helpful. One or a few can create drama and stress but management generally goes after it if reported, but I've never heard of someone being actually "disciplined", and the one(s) who report it are always gossiped about afterward, which makes you feel unsafe at work to report something inappropriate or mean, so the mean ones end up ruling the roost. Once everyone started working from home, this more or less went away and I get that it probably happens everywhere strangers congregate and spend 50% of their waking hours together.
