Pros and cons
Management is usually understanding of illness or home/special emergencies, and they listen to you if you have a complaint or suggestion but may not always do/be able to do anything about it. Benefits are good; salary is above average for same job elsewhere. Parking around the hospital is not good so have to walk from residential area, which is hard for a worker with a disability. 99% of coworkers...

There is no morale or energy left among the nursing staff in particular. There is not even parking for staff on the premises, and yo...

The worst
Worst management , not supportive of staff, just a toxic and horrible place to work. Most employees cry before and after shifts. Unsafe for patients breeds burn out and drains the life out of you
