It's a job

Hours are good. Pay could be better. Management is clueless and unorganized. Employees are treated like garbage. They like to push the work and then lay you off.

I enjoyed working with co worker’s management have serious issues and not very approachable. Expect work work work but have very little incentive to offer.

Lack of integrity and bullying managers.

Managers care about making money, rather than caring and servicing their clients, along with little respect for their Employees. The company is in a 40+ bubble as the management will not make improvements unless it's their ideal, even though Employees make suggestions to improve their tasks. Good people leave their jobs due to poor management.

Not too bad

Good management just gone week in and week out mon to fri. Good pay for what you do but it's a 50 50 split between driving and carpentry. Not great pay for being away.

Great Learning and Travel Opportunities

Royal Homes was a great employer during my time there. Supervisors and Lead Carpenters were knowledgeable and gave insightful direction. Allowed junior staff to work independently. Lots of opportunity to travel across Ontario. Wages and Benefits were great!
