Management picks favourites and talks about employees behind their backs

Management is not super professional. They pick obvious favourites and give them better jobs than employees who are not as favoured. Co-workers made the job a lot better and are genuinely great people. Just needs some work in management.

Amazing time working here, the people I worked with where for the most part all amazing! I absolutely loved my managers there were great! Also love how when we did the big tent sales the company provided us with tons of food! I only left the company for maternity leave and then school.
