Anyone who works in production works on 1 week shift rotations, so it's really not possible to have a life outside of work.
The salary (when I worked there) was significantly higher than you'd find for similar positions anywhere else and the benefits were great. There is room for advancement, but it isn't always easy to make it happen.
Management - more... isn't great (as a general rule) but they spend so much time having to tip toe around everything to protect their jobs, it isn't surprising. Management in the department I worked in changed more often than most people change underwear, which caused ... - less
ProsGreat pay/benefits
ConsRotating shifts, poor work/life balance, extremely low employee morale
