I had an excellent experience working at the RCMI. I have a young family and generally it was a very family oriented job position. I know management has since changed but I know the members have not.
Pros
Beautiful facility. Interesting historical museum archives, and if you like history it is a great place to work.
Cons
No commissions.

Do Not Go to work there.
A very stressful place to work, unprofessional co-worker. Who will ruins your day. There are people who work 5,10,15 years, they will always ordered you to do their job, because they are very very old. Sometimes, members gets drunk, they will call you fu””er, fu””k you,

Lots of lots of work, Even you will lost all your energy to walk in subway.

Don’t lose your self respect.
