I enjoyed my time at Royal Arch with Royal Arch Management only. The only and down fall was when the private company took over. Pro Vita- the administrative assistant for Pro Vita was horrible and vacations were never approved. They wanted you to take vacation to their convenience. A lot of favouritism as they didn’t go by seniority

One of the worst places I worked at. Very unprofessional management and they treat care aides poorly. The pay is bad for how hard the job is. You can find a much better place to work at than here

Great staff and management

Licensed Practical Nurse (Former Employee) - Burnaby, BC - 22 August 2019

I worked at this location for 2 years. The nurses I worked with were the best i have worked with in my 10year nursing experience. Staffing is helpful when assistance is required. Young aged nurses working in a long term care facility is a great feeling! Consistent learning available via in services.

Management are very supportive

I learned a lot of variety experience dealing with the residents and families. Loved to work in this work setting with friendly co-workers and managers. The hardest part of the job is when we get into our separate ways when this company became private it's so hard to say goodbye's to our loving residents,resident's families, co-workers and managers.The most enjoyable part of this job is when everybody get along very good especially with my residents, treated as my own family also.

work is interesting, daily changes. I learned every day from all my coworker,elderly etc. I have to give priority to residents's activities of daily living. I am really good in maintaining a supportive environment for residents.

administration very kind..there are times that its hard to take a day off or vacation leave,no wages increase no matter how long you've been working there
