This job gets me out of my comfort zone; with marketing and customer service. I learn a lot about different breeds of dogs, and I genuinely enjoy the work. It’s a fair site to build clientele.

The best part about working for rover.com is that you get to make your own schedule so the work-life balance is great. You do have to find your own clients so you may not make much money when you first start out.

Fun and flexible

Dog Sitter (Current Employee) - Work from Home - 11 November 2021

The job is rewarding however they do take a cut. They do all the advertising for you which is great. If you love dogs this job is for you. The booking process and taxes are pretty straightforward.

Good platform

Provides a good platform as a side hustle, annoying that they take a percentage of the money you earn though. To succeed with Rover and get more jobs you'll have to be very motivated and advertise yourself
