Overall, it is a good company, sick time should be more lenient.
Stock room Lead (Former Employee) –  Tulsa, OK11 December 2013
Ross is a good company, there is always room to advance. The biggest issue I had was work time verses personal time. The job was more important than the home.

Cons
Sacrificing my time at home.

Little involvement of upper management that created problems and issues within the store. Guidelines and expectations were inconsistent and disorganized

Great place to work
Front End Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Buena Park, CA2 November 2017
Great place to work but depends on management if you get an Assistant Manager that treats work like a Game of Thrones Saga then no. For example you could have a college degree which is terrible for job advancement in face of someone higher up insecure about his position and does not want you to move up any higher than cashier.
