The company is run buy one person. If he likes you then you are good for a month. Basically no training is given everyone speaks in Russian so if you don’t understand you are just a order taker. No employees like the big boss they are scared of him. He demands their loyalty because they speak the same language. The turnaround volume at this place is like none I have ever seen before. Video servallace is used to watch employee all the time servalounce
