Fun at times but no work life balance
Great start for University grads. Very little work life balance. Hard to schedule vacations. A lot of micro managing. At times there was great company culture.

This division of Rogers no longer exists. The company was recently shut down and all members of the remaining staff reassigned to other departments at Rogers.

• On a daily basis exceeded minimum quota of 85 cold calls to business owners with the end goal of obtaining the "decision maker" on the phone and getting them to agree to a 20-30 minute product demonstration via computer • Responsible of a minimum for 3k per month in sales • Gained a thorough knowledge of SEO optimisation and Google AdWords • Prospected own leads, regardless of having leads sent to me by marketing team

Work hard, Pay hard
This company will allow you to earn a lot of commission if you are able to survive the 1st 3 months. But remember, it is a sales job, so you have quota's to hit. It wasn't for me. That's all.
