Friendly and collaborative place to work with engaged and caring management

There is a strong team culture and good communication at all levels from the senior management down to the shop floor. It is easy to interact with all levels and people are cooperative, friendly, and energetic.

Low payPoor managementLow moraleStressful

Great job for students, no advancement, no proper training. There are some people that are great to work with, but there are some that will eavesdrop on your private conversations and take credit for your ideas. Low morale support from team leaders but expected to work hard. There's alot of communication issues that are deemed important that are swept under the rug.

Cons

Other people take credit for your work or ideas

Not a good place to work unless you're a teen or dual income and want to be worked to death.

No advancement and no potential to grow at all. Great job for dual incomes that have a higher paying spouse or a teen needing a job. Company doesn't care are all about employees or their concerns. Ask for input and nothing is ever done to change. Way overworked underpaid and under staffed. Company needs a new owner that cares not one that sees nothing but $$$$ he's not a good person at all..

Pros

Some amazing people. But other than that no pros at all.

Cons

Everything stay away

A great place to work and a great team to work with

Company is growing significantly and with that some growing pains have occurred but the Leadership team is always open for suggestions on improvement. The company culture has changed tremendously too over the past year. As long as you work hard, have an open mind, and are coachable, you will definitely succeed here.

Pros

free coffee, some work from home opportunities for office staff, company events, growing team, opportunities for advancement

Cons

some days are stressful, but overall the team helps each other.

Very fast paced work environment in outside sales

a typical work day for outside sales consisted of visiting several established account and hunting for new business. I was rarely in the office although there was constant communication. Most enjoyable part of the job was visiting customers and that inter action

Pros

Freedom to work on my own

Cons

Territory was very large and difficult to manage

Boring and Repetitive Work with Low Wages

Learned a lot about cabinet making here... although they really push you to work hard for a dollar above minimum wage. If you're looking for a typical factory job this is the place for you.

Avoid at all costs

I applied for the painters position, had an interview and even came in for a painting test to see if I could paint. Started the next day at 7am to not paint but do prep work while the other person painted. If they needed a prep worker they should of advertised for that. So if you’re a painter avoid this place because you won’t be painting, you will be a prepper instead. Completely false advertising for what they really need.

Pros

None

Cons

Long hours, no social interaction with other employees and the list goes on
