Current managers and supervisors are all friends of friends or family members in higher positions then themselves. This leads to people in positions of power who should not have that power.
For example supervisors should be helping new employees learn the job instead of playing on their phones, doing personal finances in the office, refusing to be proactive in solving issues, listening to suggestions from employees actually working in the warehouse.
Speaking up on these issues marks you as a bad apple and you are quickly removed and replaced, or are given the hardest orders to make you leave voluntarily.
