The MOL should check this place out. The lies, the cover ups , employee safety, I could go on and on. The management could careless about any of their staff. The don't care about the safety of their vechiles. The forms staff fill out on a daily basis is altered ALL the time. Depends on what suits them. The REAL ambulance attendants laugh at RNR and have NOTHING good to say about this company. Its a laughing stock at every ER. You report and report and report mechanical issues and its over looked. Run in a different direction . Don't work here you can do a lot better at a different company. You will regret you ecer heard the name RNR.

I really enjoy this job, it's extremely rewarding thanks to the patients and most of my coworkers.

THAT BEING SAID! The company itself is a mess. Everything they do is for the benefit of management/dispatch.

Other than the blatant and egregious safety concerns, the worst part of this job is the scheduling. You are made aware of your next shift the night before, you are not guaranteed to work just because you are available, there might be days in a row where you will not hear from the dispatch to confirm you for a shift. They literally make the schedule the night before. If you have an issue with a coworker, they will not accommodate you. You are not given end times, leading to anywhere between 7 to 15 hour days.

If you are looking at applying here, all I'll say is good luck to you.

I have worked in a lot of places this one being one of the worst the pay is no good and the hours are long and stressful equipment is old and outdated and truck breakdowns are common etc definitely not worth the trouble please don’t waste your time

Its a great company to work for, the hours work well for me. My company vehicle is new, clean and runs well. Friendly staff and co-workers. I would recommend for part time work.

They literally dont are about you, pay is garbage for what they expect out of you, LONG hours that make no sense 12 hours plus

The worst place to work seriously RNR is trash

Don't bother applying, they're very desperate for candidates until they decide your not what they're looking for.
There is minimum safety protocol for staff and the people they transport.

worst company i have ever worked for

-forced to work over 12 hours
-long days some times with no breaks
-coworkers are great
-management is horrible, show favouritism
-trucks are unsafe, when you inform management you are told to drive them anyway
-3 days of training, that you learn nothing from
-people come and go like a revolving door
-the pay is horrible, no raises
-dispatch is rude and could care less about you
-you are given less then 8 hours notice before a shift
-when you book days off they are always refused-even if booked months in advance.
