Lacks integrity
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC22 October 2018
The company will tell you that results for the client are paramount, but the truth is, continuing to bill is. When faced with resistance at the client, rather than have the difficult discussion to try and overcome resistance, senior RLG leadership will not have the difficult discussions with the client for risk of damaging the relationship. Instead, they'll leave the Project Manager fighting a winless battle, treading water, while they "spin" the progress on the project and continue to bill monthly.

Lacks integrity.

small time outfit in the consulting industry
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC3 October 2018
In the early 2000's the company was well led, well diversified, and growing steadily. Now, the company has let scores of people go from lack of work. This happens when you push the company all-in on the energy sector and then it crashed. Sound like effective management to you?
Pros
co-workers are generally high caliber and well intentioned individuals
Cons
Senior management cares about 1 thing. Share price. If you're looking for honesty, transparency, and equal opportunity good luck because its wholly absent

Great experience working with professionals in the aerospace business of Boeing
Consultant (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC22 December 2017
Each day I began it by holding a production meeting to discuss the daily plans for the team, and review prior day misses or opportunities to improve. I worked with both union workers and non-union executives of The Boeing Company to ensure good communications, plans, and follow-through occurred. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the job.
Pros
Seeing metrics improve, and seeing barriers removed while problem solving for the 747-8F flight operations, I loved working in the aerospace industry
Cons
This job required 100% travel, where I flew to a new location each Monday, and returned home each Friday or Saturday.

Used to be a decent place....
performance expert (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC21 April 2017
Good place to get some practical coaching experience - if you are on a coaching assignment. May hear tons of praise - while the company needs you (that was when business was booming and oil money was abundant).

Since the oil price drop, the company has been shedding staff continuously, eagerly and easily getting rid of people who were "our key asset" just a year ago.

Aging top management (owners) delayed their retirement decision desperately trying to boost the price of their shares - which means that further layoffs are imminent.

Not a healthy environment.
Pros
Real life consulting experience
Cons
Too much sacrifice and no real career opportunities.

EA/Administration
Immigration Coordinator & Executive Assistant (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC18 August 2016
Great benefits/perks but you work long hours for it. Tend to be micromanaged by your supervisor and lack of clear direction and goals.

Long hours and poor pay for what you do but if you need experience, this can be a great starting place but don't expect to be compensated competitively for the skills you acquire. They will tell you that you are replaceable and replace people that are inept and unskilled which created uneven work distribution.
Pros
Lunches, retreats to great locations, regular snacks, gym membership, Costco cards
Cons
Career development and progression, salary not competitive and bonuses are minimal. No clear salary structure for administration staff

Project Manager/Performance Coach (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC9 May 2016
Every team is well-balanced and motivated for delivering results. Every project is a success and provides dozens of success stories for the clients.
There are no 'typical days' on a project - the dynamics is great. Preparing the assessment, delivering a brainstorming event, presenting results and coaching-coaching-coaching - that's how it feels.
Every project manager in the company is unique, but at the same time they have one common feature - working solo or in team means doing every possible effort for success.
The hardest part of this job is clients' resistance to changes, especially the front-line personnel. And at the same time it's the most enjoyable part when the client has an opportunity to observe results and think of possibilities with no resistance to changes.
