Nice place to work.
I enjoy working here. The place gets better each year. The company is always investing in new machinery and training to make the work experience better. If you want a place where you can grow and learn give Riverside a chance.

One of the worst places I have worked
Total chaos is the best way to describe this place. I was hired and thrown on the job with zero training. I was talked to like I was a piece of garbage and was constantly insulted. Many promises made that weren't kept including pay raises and job advancements etc. Majority of the people were good to work with minus a select few. Not good
Short staffed, recruiting is non existent. everyone is over worked and there doesn't seem to be change coming. Culture has dropped alot not sure how long this can last until everyone calls it quits.

Lots of Changes For The Worse!!!
This used to be such a great place to work, but alot of changes has started to destroy motivation. HR Director is awful, not a people person, talks down to staff, can't recruit anyone to stay. Most of the people in the shop and warehouse are pretty good to work with. The sales team both inside and outside are the dumbest bunch of people you can ever meet, the shop and warehouse people are constantly left to fix the many mistakes, short turn around times and poor information provided by the sales team.
