Great coworkers. I have received a lot of training during my time with them. Workplace culture is one of the main benefits of working for this company. Hardest part of the job is dealing with stressful situations on a daily basis.

Not a great place to work

poor pay, poor management constantly changing rules and not open with decision making. Long hours and poor pay. Lots of broken promises that failed to be delivered upon. Inflexible management that did not listen to your concerns.

Poor management

Many concerns brought to upper management went unheard. Upper management ok with employees stealing from the company and indirectly affecting other employees wages. Compensation promised not received. Management ungrateful for employees long hours. Companies core values not a reality. Wouldn’t recommend working here. High turnover of staff shows the dealership is broken.

We do know in the circumstances mentioned, that several of the finance team and their managers had plenty of conversations to address and try to come to agreements on the concerns mentioned. Good people, good team

I liked it here for the people. I felt over worked often, which is ok, sometimes, but the money wasn’t worth it to me. I felt they could do better for that
