Micro managed
They put you on a team system where 5 or so techs pool their hours together and share. If you are lazy works good. If you work hard you're a sucker because you lose the hours to lazy teammates

Management was terrible. They love their younger employees so if your older and speak your mind, they don't like that. If you're a blond you get promotions.

Not a great place to work
poor pay, poor management constantly changing rules and not open with decision making. Long hours and poor pay. Lots of broken promises that failed to be delivered upon. Inflexible management that did not listen to your concerns.

Poor management
Many concerns brought to upper management went unheard. Upper management ok with employees stealing from the company and indirectly affecting other employees wages. Compensation promised not received. Management ungrateful for employees long hours. Companies core values not a reality. Wouldn’t recommend working here. High turnover of staff shows the dealership is broken.

Poor leadership/management team
There are a lot of great people who work here, but I don't think that'll last for much longer unless they make some serious changes to the management team/structure. Unfortunately, a lot of the management team are unqualified for their roles and show incredibly poor leadership. They choose to take the path of least resistance instead of actually making impactful changes to ongoing issues within the dealership (both for employees and for customers). They preach transparency and honesty, but will take any opportunity to undercut and overwork their staff. If you're an experienced automotive professional, this is NOT the company for you. They underpay, and you will be expected to perform tasks outside of your job description. If you are looking to start in the automotive industry, this is NOT the company for you. They prey on people who are new to the business and don't know they can do much better elsewhere. They use fear to talk you in to staying with them instead of actually training you properly and fulfilling the promises they have made you.
