Good learning platform, place for improving your skills
Best place to build your career. Great work life balance. Loved the work schedule. It’s is not good for your health for long run for those who not following the safety procedures.

Great co-workers, poor management
The mines take safety very seriously. It's all about who you know, no getting ahead based on merit. Would be nice if top management did more than just try to impress their own bosses. Contractors aren't treated as well as regular employees.
Maintenance Supervisor in Montréal, QC

Great company and good working environment. Would definitively recommend it for anybody looking for good experience. Don't have anything else to had on that.
